ECLEVA working arrangements
We realise this is a very challenging period for many companies, business owners and CEOs. We are also equally concerned about the indirect effect it is having on employers, employees, their families and the economy.
At this stage, ECLEVA Australian staff have been working from home over the past two weeks and will continue to do so. Our Indian Team has been given the choice to work from home or come in, ensuring they follow local relevant official advice. ECLEVA will be limiting any face-to-face meetings and we have cancelled all non-essential interstate and overseas travel.
In terms of our ability to continue servicing our clients, ECLEVA is used to working remotely and we have the technology platform in place to maintain business continuity through this period. Our clients and partners are used to having meetings and collaborating with us on Microsoft Teams and our cloud-based technology. As long as there is internet connectivity, we can continue to deliver projects.
