4 easy ways you can continue to deliver the same service levels with less resources

Have you been forced to cut down on resourcing? In this video, ECLEVA’s CEO Patrick Northcott shares the 4 easy ways you can continue to deliver the same service levels but with less resources.    

  1. Map out all the ‘must have’ customer expectations and ensure these continue to get delivered as a minimum.
  2. Be honest about the challenges you are having and how you are trying to work through them. Customers will adjust expectations if you are transparent.
  3. Ask your team where they are experiencing the greatest pain in completing tasks. Often, the issue is related to unclear processes which can be solved by simple communication.
  4. Identify your most problematic areas and work with a technology expert to see how automation can help. These days there are so many cost-effective automation solutions. Think of it as recruiting a digital co-worker that is highly efficient, reliable and cost-effective.
