3 Processes to automate to support your organisation during growth

In this video, ECLEVA’s founder and CEO Patrick Northcott shares with you 3 recurring processes that should be automated to support your organisation during a strong growth phase.

  1. Employee attraction and onboarding is a process that is often underestimated. It involves a multitude of tasks and without automation the process can be painful with endless paperwork, skipped steps, lower productivity and employee dissatisfaction.
  2. Customer fulfillment and complaint management to ensure orders and issues get managed effectively and consistently, leading to customer satisfaction and positive customer ratings and referrals.
  3. Accounts payable, receivables and contract management when automated properly provides improved transparency, reduced paper being passed around departments and getting lost, faster approval and better supplier management.

Working with a process automation technology partner will help you automate processes that are high-volume, time sensitive, require multiple people to complete and have a high need for audit trails and compliance.
