How to develop a prioritised IT investment roadmap

In this video, ECLEVA’s CEO Patrick Northcott talks about how to develop a prioritised IT investment roadmap.

  1. Map all the key functions in your business.
  2. Overlay a map of all the business systems that are being used across the functional areas.
  3. Run a series of workshops with your staff and ask for their feedback on:
    • Systems and processes that are working well.
    • The ones that are the greatest pain.
    • The origin of customers complaints.
    • Data they can’t rely on when making decisions.
  4. And finally, develop a heat map which is great visual to provide Senior Leadership & boards with an evidenced based overview of where to prioritise IT investment.
