Tom Egan, Managing Director at ECLEVA Ireland, leads strategic operations and client partnerships across the region. With over 30 years of senior IT management experience in both public and private sectors, Tom brings deep expertise in digital transformation and enterprise systems. He holds advanced qualifications in business and information technology. Outside of his professional role, Tom is passionate about farming, valuing its discipline, sustainability, and connection to nature. His leadership style is grounded, practical, and focused on long-term impact—mirroring the principles he embraces both in business and on the land.

Devendra is the Chief Technology Officer at ECLEVA and lead solution architect. He has extensive experience in requirements analysis, application development, systems integration, and agile-based delivery. Devendra has a proven track record in building high-performing technology practices with deep expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM, Dataverse, Microsoft Azure, and Business Central. He holds a master's degree in computer application and multiple certifications in Microsoft technologies. He is dedicated to building collaborative, high-performance teams that deliver rapid, measurable value through continuous innovation and client-focused execution.

Akhilesh, Director of Infrastructure at ECLEVA, specialises in IT infrastructure solutions. With over 25 years of experience, he excels in designing on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments tailored to client needs. His expertise spans strategic planning, governance alignment, and seamless integration across cross-functional teams. Certified in advanced infrastructure architecture and cloud technologies, Akhilesh fosters collaborative leadership, driving innovation and long-term success through strong team synergy and client-focused delivery.

Cristina thrives on tackling ambiguity, designing human-centred applications, and building high-performing teams. Rishi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and certifications including PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe 5 Agilist, and Prince2 Practitioner.
